Top Crypto Movers: Terra, MemeCore, and XDC Network
Terra (LUNA), MemeCore (M), and XDC Network (XDC) are the biggest gainers in the last 24 hours. LUNA leads with a 40% rise. MemeCore and XDC follow with gains of 6% and 3% from the day before. These altcoins are near key resistance points, which may slow their growth.
Terra’s Rally Nears Key Resistance
Terra trades at $0.2002 on Thursday, rising almost 100% this week. The current rally aims to close above July’s high of $0.1990. This would increase the chance of reaching May’s high of $0.2490.
The recent rise comes ahead of Do Kwon’s sentence hearing and a network upgrade. These events aim to improve Terra’s security and reliability.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 79, showing overbought conditions. This means buying may slow soon. However, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is rising, signaling strong bullish momentum.
If Terra pulls back from $0.2000, it could test the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $0.1427.
MemeCore Targets Double Bottom Breakout
MemeCore has gained nearly 16% this week, with a 6% rise on Wednesday. The price shows a possible double bottom pattern with a support at $1.25 and neckline at $1.52.
A strong close above $1.52 could push MemeCore toward the 50-day EMA at $1.77. After that, the next resistance lies at $2.56.
The RSI at 39 is rising from oversold levels, supporting the bullish reversal. The MACD also confirms this uptrend after a recent crossover.
XDC Network Faces Resistance Below $0.05
XDC Network fell almost 1% on Thursday after rising 3% the day before. The price stays below the $0.05000 psychological level. It also faces resistance from a trendline connecting highs on July 29 and October 6.
If XDC breaks above $0.05000, it must clear resistance at $0.05200 to keep the uptrend. Further resistances lie at the 50-day EMA ($0.05502) and the R1 Pivot Point ($0.06141).
The RSI is near 41, showing bearish pressure but not oversold yet. The MACD shows a buy signal with a bullish crossover.
If XDC falls below the S1 Pivot Point at $0.04593, it may drop to the S2 Pivot Point at $0.03896.
